This approach has resulted in our ability to establish key, long-term relationships with a few select organizations, in a concentration of industries. We have become familiar with the operating dynamics, competitive landscape and leadership within specific sectors, ensuring unrestricted access to the vast majority of candidates within the talent pool. By contrast, industry specialists and large international search firms will have off-limit restrictions that handcuff their ability to ethically approach candidates.

Level of Assignment

We are typically engaged by corporations to source and present candidates with proven skills and experiences, regardless of title or function; however, generally speaking, we do not get involved in search assignments with compensation levels below $70,000.00.

Geographical Areas Served

Our practice routinely covers all of Canada and the United States. We have French/English bilingual capabilities and have established client relationships in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa. In addition, we have been instrumental in sourcing and securing candidates in the United States, both for American and Canadian-based opportunities. Our research-based, targeted approach allows us to isolate, screen and attract candidates, wherever they may be.
